My personal bitch is about the "michael graves collection" at Target. I mean, I know that designers want to get better quality products to the masses, but is it really a step in this direction to put a blue ball on a teapot and a yellow handle? He's not even really "designing" that shit himself, you know... All he's doing is promoting his name and sending more crap into the houses of the working class. I hope Ron Arad has better success with La-Z-Boy. And Karim Rashid continues to have success with cool, retro-organic plastic trash cans...
